I.
Agreement & Definitions
- These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the event registration, ticketing, and related services (“Service”) provided by EverRise Biomedical Co. Ltd.. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and its partners.
- By registering for an event, purchasing a ticket, or otherwise using the Service, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. By using this Service, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, please do not access or use the Service
- Key definitions:
- Event: any seminar, workshop, lecture, exhibition, performance, or similar activity organized or co-organized by the Company or its Partners.
- Ticket / Registration: the proof of your right to attend or participate in an Event. Can be electronic or physical.
- Partners: third-party event organizers, venue providers, sponsors, technical service providers, etc.
- Event: any seminar, workshop, lecture, exhibition, performance, or similar activity organized or co-organized by the Company or its Partners.
II.
Eligibility & Account Information
- All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, files, data, website structure, and page layout, are legally owned by or licensed to IBMI and RBMP.
- You may use publicly available content from IBMI and RBMP websites for non-commercial purposes, provided that the content source is clearly credited and, where possible, linked back to the original IBMI/RBMP website.
- Some content may be subject to third-party copyright. Users are responsible for obtaining proper authorization before using such content.
III.
Registration, Ticketing & Payment
- All registrations/ticket purchases are subject to availability and any conditions specified on the event page.
- Event fees (if any) are as stated at the time of registration/purchase. You agree to pay all applicable fees.
- Payment methods will be those offered by the Service; you must follow the payment instructions. If payment is not completed or is declined, the Company reserves the right to cancel your registration or ticket.
IV.
Personal Data & Privacy
- We collect Personal Data for the purposes of event registration, communication, event administration, and post-event follow-up.
- We will store your data only as long as necessary or as required by law.
- Personal Data may be shared with Partners or third-party service providers only to the extent necessary, under confidentiality obligations.
- You have rights under Taiwan law to access, correct, delete, or request restriction of processing of your personal data. Contact info will be provided for exercising those rights.
V.
Ticket Usage & Entry
- You must present a valid ticket (electronic or physical) and any required identification at the event entrance. Tickets marked “non-transferable” or similar may not be transferred.
- The Company/Organizer may refuse admission for late arrival, failure to comply with venue rules, or if you behave in a manner harmful to others or the event.
- If physical tickets are issued, you may need to return them or present them for validation, as required by the specific Event’s rules.
VI.
Refunds, Cancellations & Changes
- Refund & Cancellation by User
- For Paid Tickets: refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the Event start date (until 23:59 local time).
- Free Tickets: If you cannot attend, you must cancel your registration at least 1 day before the Event start date. Failure to cancel may affect your eligibility for future events.
- If an event has different deadlines as stated on its page, those deadlines prevail.
- For Paid Tickets: refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the Event start date (until 23:59 local time).
- Fees & Deductions
- A handling or administrative fee may be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Any payment processing, bank, postal, or shipping costs (if physical tickets) may also be deducted.

- Refund Method & Processing Time
- Refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method; if that is not possible, alternative methods may be used.
- After receipt of your valid request and any required documentation, refunds will typically be processed within 20 business days, subject to payment gateway and banking procedures.
- Please note that the specific refund mechanism, processing period, and any applicable deductions may vary depending on the Event Organizer’s policy. The Event Organizer and/or the Company reserve the right of final interpretation and decision regarding refund eligibility and procedures.
- Event Cancellation / Postponement / Major Change
- If the Company or Organizer cancels the Event, you will receive a full refund of the ticket / registration fees.
- If the Event is postponed or venue/time is materially changed, you may choose to attend the changed Event or request refund.
- Notices of cancellation, postponement, or material change will be made via email or posted on the Event page.

- No-Shows / Mid-Event Withdrawal
- If you do not attend the Event (“no-show”) or leave early, refund is generally not provided, unless specified otherwise in the Event’s terms.

- Ticket Transfer (if allowed)
- If the Event allows ticket transfer, you may transfer the ticket to another person under the terms stated on the Event page.

If ticket is marked “non-transferable,” no transfer is allowed.
VII.
Intellectual Property
- All content on the Service (text, images, designs, logos, audio/video, etc.) are property of the Company or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify such content without permission.
- If you submit user-generated content (photos, reviews, feedback), you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute such content in connection with the Service or Event promotion, unless otherwise agreed.
VII.
Liability Limitation & Force Majeure
- The Company and its Partners strive to make Events safe and operate the Service properly, but cannot guarantee perfect performance.
- To the extent permitted by Taiwan law, neither the Company nor its Partners are liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g. loss of profits, loss of data) or other losses arising from using the Service or attending an Event.
- The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, acts of government, epidemics, technical failures, war, etc.
IX.
Amendments & Changes to Terms
- The Company may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the website and/or Event pages.
- Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
X.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation; if that fails, the courts in Taipei shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed.
